Mr. Amol Kulkarni
Director
Mr. Amol has 16 years of wide experience in Microfinance and banking services. Before joining as Director and Business Head-FI to FBL he was heading BC business of financial inclusion in RBL bank for western Maharashtra.
In RBL he played an indispensable role in developing MIS tools and reporting systems in Financial Inclusion vertical. He was involved in developing different products and policies of financial inclusion. He has wide experience in operation management and handled multiple software’s in microfinance. Also he was key person for Human Resources recruitment transformation journey from RBL Bank to Swadhar Fin serve and finally RBL Fin serve Ltd. in 2018
He started his professional carrier with BASIX and served various positions in organization.
Mr. Amol has completed his master degree in Business Management and Master in Social Work from Solapur University. He is Geology graduates from Shivaji University Kolhapur and certified in ‘Microfinance’ from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF)
Mr. Chandrashekhar Gaikwad
Director
He is Agriculture graduate from Marathwada Agriculture University and has substantial 18 years’ experience in agriculture, microfinance and banking services.
Before joining FBL as Director and Head Risk & Monitoring he was Senior Manager- FI in RBL Bank. He was looking after the business of financial inclusion in Solapur area. He is well expert in Quality Improvement Programme which has vital importance in microfinance business.
He has in-depth knowledge of grass root level implementations and played an important role in recruitment, monitoring and hand hold support to the last mile service provider. He has recruited and trained large numbers of CSR/ RO/ Field Executive and Credit Mangers in financial inclusion.
